Biography of Wendy Hartford PDF Print E-mail
Sunday, 09 September 2007

Wendy Hartford is a freelance Internet developer (designing, programming, marketing).  She has been creating Web sites since 1996.

At a time when hardly anybody knew what "Web designer" meant, and beginning with only free graphics and simple HTML, she created Web sites for churches around Santa Clarita, CA. Later, in college, Wendy studied Visual Basic Programming classes and fell in love with the back-end, technical side of designing. Since then, she has expanded her knowledge to include Perl, PHP, Ruby, MySQL and e-commerce applications. With the growing popularity of Content Management Systems (CMS), she moved on to Joomla, Drupal and other cutting-edge programs. Wendy prefers working on Linux-based systems and using tableless CSS.

Blatant plug: Wendy offers reasonably-priced graphic design, Web site creation, print design., and Internet marketing.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her baby boy, being tattooed, gardening, shopping for completely useless household items, and playing with small-scale, Web-integrated software development. In a perfect world, she would live in a forest with no electricity.

Wendy can be reached through her e-address at Cinexxus.
